HEALING IS A JOURNEY
Sage Health & Wellness (formerly Human Touch Massage) is your step towards healing. I am a trained massage therapist, focusing on neuromuscular massage therapy and myofascial release. I believe that by integrating the mind, body and spirit, we are able to heal. As a health and wellness coach, somatic trauma practitioner and pain science educator, I bring these healing modalities and others into my practice. My role is to listen to what my clients are experiencing. By listening to you and working together, we create a program (or session) that is designed to help you achieve your goals for your healing.

SOMATIC-TRAUMA HEALING
Health Coaching offers a non-judgemental approach that helps you make gradual changes and move forward in life by modifying thoughts or behavior patterns to get you where you want to go.
Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) and “life changing events” contribute to some of our daily struggles. In working together and slowly processing the body's sensations, we allow the nervous system to become regulated again and allow the body to heal.
PAIN SCIENCE EDUCATION
Understand pain within your body and learn how you can truly heal from that pain. Together, we will develop a plan to work with the nervous system in different ways and “retrain” the body so that your pain is reduced.
